Arizona: 100 Years Grand

As a way to celebrate the state of Arizona’s centennial year, Rule29 collaborated with O’Neil Printing, Roswell Bookbinding, and countless photographers and historians to create a collection of stories in an elegant coffee table book. Arizona: 100 Years Grand is a commemorative memento of the last century in Arizona history.

Stories of hardship, progress, and hope

The non-profit Lifewater, a water development organization, sought out to show how a movement of engaged people can bring real change in places of development. The purpose of the book was to thank donors and sponsors around the world, and show how their involvement helped serve people and lead to better outcomes.

Crisp, clean layout accentuated with handwritten elements for a personal feel

The book included photographs taken of various locations around the world in which Lifewater has been actively dedicated to aiding. Hand drawn type added texture and a personal touch throughout.

Celebrating the silver anniversary

For their 25th anniversary, FONA International worked with Rule29 to tell their company story founded on forward-thinking, generosity, and the pursuit of excellence. The result was a hard-bound coffee table book documenting a quarter-century of exceptional service and success in the flavor industry. The metallic cover is stamped with a shiny foil and FONA’s brand colors to commemorate their silver anniversary.

History in color

Inside, one will discover historic photos from FONA’s humble beginnings, alongside full-bleed photography of FONA as it exists today. The stories of family and business fill the pages, creating a collection that celebrates FONA’s brand, culture, and future.

For NPL’s 50th Anniversary they wanted to celebrate this historic moment by creating a corporate book that highlighted not only the history of the company but the growth of the construction industry.

3 FEASTS Wine Journal

A collaborative project, F3ASTS wine journal showcases the glorious California wine country. With the help of Chef Erik Cannella, and the brilliant coordination and writing of Terry Marks, Rule29 created a piece that makes wine tasting and pairing an easy and enjoyable experience. From concept, design, writing, art directing custom photography, and managing all production we can create a one of a kind book for you.

125th Year Anniversary Book

The American Red Cross came to Rule29 to create an anniversary book documenting their amazing art collection, amassed throughout their 125-year existence. From Normal Rockwell to Romero Britto, it was an honor to go through the decades of priceless art and curate this priceless collection.

Superman Returns Commemorative Book

Working with Dearborn Media and DC Comics, Rule29 had the opportunity to develop the director’s behind-the-scenes Superman Returns collector’s tome. This book is jam-packed with amazing images from David James.

Urban Rural Hope

Urban Rural Hope is a visual introduction to the reasons Life In Abundance exists. The reality of disease, poverty, and poor leadership are told through evocative imagery and compelling storytelling, as is the reality of hope and compassion. This fundraising book helped raise thousands of dollars and greatly increase engagement.

Showcasing Digital Capabilities

As a companion piece to the O’Neil Printing Integrated Brochure (affectionately known as the O’Neil Printing Book of Wonders) we wanted to help O’Neil showcase their digital printing capabilities more in-depth. It was decided to create a digital printing brochure, utilizing different digital printing capabilities and a variety of design techniques to inspire O’Neil customers to expand their printing horizons.
