Mellody Farm was built on a historic dairy farm and envisioned to be a truly immersive and unique shopping destination. Reclaimed wood, brick, and steel were utilized to create an industrial aesthetic that recalled the property’s previous use. From this, we created a brand that found its inspiration in farmland and the lines created in these fields.
We utilized the new logo and accompanying brand to build out the Mellody Farm wayfinding signage, as well as this leasing kit to help Regency Centers attract top-notch retailers.
This kit included a beautifully designed brochure featuring high-end print production to emphasize the elegance of the space, as well as vibrant colors to accent various aspects of the retail center.
Around the country, UNICEF USA hosts more than 30 fundraising events each year, from speaker series to luncheons to galas. We get to be a part of creating these truly memorable experiences through event print and web collateral such as invitations, programs, and more!
UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential from early childhood through adolescence. And they never give up, no matter the global state.
Over the years of our partnership with the organization, we’ve had the chance to explore a range of beautiful print production techniques. Here is a sampling of some of the most impactful and successful.
Strengthening a global community—we collaborated with McDonald’s on a variety of annual report assets, which included a cover that was created to capture the essence of their mission: community. The cover design visualizes this with an illustrative approach, bringing together a variety of icons and illustrations arranged in a circle to represent a global reach, and finally, it is anchored in the center by the signature smile. As we strive to do with all of our work, we focused on bringing an emotive presence and sense of authenticity to the piece from the cover to the interiors.
Raffles Insurance, a 30-year-old insurance company, needed a refreshed look and voice. We had the great honor of updating the brand for the country’s first heterogeneous captive insurance company and building the platform for its future growth, including sharing the year’s impact in their annual report.
The annual reports focus on Raffles’ security, strength, and sophistication. Beautiful landscape photography, layered brand elements, and patterns in the background added depth while providing an elegant touch. These elements highlight Raffles’ expertise in the industry and emphasize the benefits partners experience when they join the Raffles community.
