Our Creative Director, Justin Ahrens, spoke at HOW Design Live in Atlanta this May. Justin’s talk was titled “Branding Passion: How to create a compelling campaign or project for social change.”
It focused on how design can be used to create positive social change. Creatives have the ability to shift perspective and to create impact. But making this impact can’t only happen with passion – there needs to be a strategic and defined process to carry the concept to real successful outcomes while not overwhelming you.
In his session, Justin went through the Rule29 approach and how projects like Wheels4Water has helped bring safe water to thousands of people in Uganda. The end goal was to provide tips on how to do your own event and see how doing these types of projects can change you, your company and how YOU see the world. Would you like a closer look?
