From the age of 8 he was writing leaders in congress and ended up becoming a pen pal with none other than Rose Kennedy, President Kennedy's mother. But when you hear Hugh's story you realize that is no surprise as this small town kid went from a young political mercenary, to leading a presidential inauguration to a reformed community organizer, influencer and connector.
